What's better than fresh baked cookies out of the oven? How about Snickerdoodle Protein Bites that you don't even have to bake!
Ingredients: (12 servings - 2 bites per serving)
1 1/2 cups Oat Flour
1 tbsp Cinnamon
1/2 cup Honey
3/4 cup Almond Butter
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
In a food processor, add all of the ingredients. Blend on high until completely incorporated, about 1 minute.
Place in the refrigerator to chill for at least 30 minutes. Once chilled, store in an airtight container until ready to eat.
